I almost forgot to post my most recent run in with a celebrity, until now.  As I was leaving Vegas on Sunday evening, Jan. 11, I was sitting in the lobby over hearing conversations about the different conferences in Vegas that had occurred over the past week. Conferences such as Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the Adult Movie Awards & Expo (AVN), World Camp:Las Vegas, and Affiliate Summit (ASW).

I ened up in a conversation with a girl about the Creative Labs Vado Pocket Video. The girl was given the Vado HD at CES and she has never heard of the video camera, so I gave her my input even though I have the non-HD version.  After I raved about my Vado, I noticed a guy walking my direction and he looked very familiar.  I was on the phone at the time and was trying to hang up with the person on the other end because I notice that the person in question was Fernando Vargas.  

I have loved Fernando Vargas probably for the last 10 years.  I have always thought he was very attractive, although he looked very different when i seen him in person.  Vargas has gained a lot of weight, not that it is a bad thing but I guess its true for boxers when they stop fighting.

I wanted to approach Vargas and ask him for a picture but could not generate enough guts.  Vargas was with his girlfriend/wife and I did not want to interrupt them, although he probably would have gotten big headed.  We all know how much Vargas loves attention.  I decided to shoot pictures of him from my seat.
