I had such a blast people watching on Tuesday night at Dan Tana’s in West Hollywood that I had to make another appearance on Thursday night. It was such a different experience, there was actually customer service taking place. The restaurant was still a people watching site, as a lady with glitter on her face walks around the place a few times singing. There was a different maitre d’ and he was busting his ass to keep up with the crowds of people coming in. This guy was much friendlier than the guy from Tuesday night and was not trying to plug himself. We even bought him a drink for getting us a nice table, rather than just sticking us on a small table in the middle of the walk way. I guess it just depends on the day of the week on how the service will be.
I still heard conversations from people at the bar of them trying to plug themselves but it was not as bad as Tuesday night. This night we seen an “A” lister, who by the way is a hottie, Ryan Phillippe. I was unsure at first if it was him but once I heard him speak, I knew it had to be. Ryan Phillippe has a sexy tone to his voice that is very distinct. It was a nice night and I will be going back soon for some more entertainment.
