Last night, I attended Twiistup 5 at the Hanger 8/Santa Monica Airport. The vibe was very cool, it was cross of a nightclub lounge and a conference. The techies are always a very friendly and fun crowd. I walked around for a little bit and was checking out the different booths and collecting some free goodies. Watch my video for a couple of freebies I picked up. 
At 1030pm, the dating game with Francisco Dao was gonna start so we decided to get to the area early so that we can get front row seats. In the meantime, Girl Gamer was hosting the Rockband Xbox version, and I just had to try it. I had never played Rockband and always wanted to. I started off playing the guitar to Radiohead’s Creep. After that the alcohol really kicked in and I wanted to take over the mic. I sang Sunday Morning by No Doubt, really hoping there are no videos out there with that evidence. Kind of scary, i bet, but good times! I really enjoyed it and now have a huge itch to do it again and possible buy the unit for my son’s Wii.
